I will speak to you about your event in advance and plan to incorporate all your photography needs within your timescale.
I am a very fast acting photographer and can achieve a lot of images within each hour booked; my job is to notice the moments and I am discreet, observant, and respectful of each specific event.

Your event photography/videography may include:

Informal captured moments of multiple people (unobserved and unobtrusive)
Headshots of your team (subject to location and a spot being sourced in advance plus list of people)

Photography Event Price
The first hour is charged at £250 and thereafter £100 per any additional hours.
Payable in full within five days of booking your event date.
If you decided to go ahead a proforma invoice will be raised in advance of your event to be paid before the date of the event.
This secures your date and the hours hired.
The fee includes all *travel within Hertfordshire, and no added VAT.
Photography Corporate Head Shots only
If you are looking for corporate head shots I can usually shoot approximately 10 people per hour.
This is allowing approximately 10 minutes per person – calling the client to come along/allowing time for adjusting hair/putting on jacket etc.
It may be that your clients will all be ready super quick (and already lined up) but if not then I know that estimating 10 achievable head shots in one hour is definitely possible.
I normally find a quiet location at your venue to set up and find an appropriate backdrop to suit your business.
Indoors or outside
You can have the shoot indoors or outdoors depending on the weather so let me know your first preference and then we can play by ear on the day.
Sometimes depending on number of people I can do each person indoors and outdoors in the ten minutes.
However this is not guaranteed as depends on the clients own speediness and the weather itself.
Each person will receive approximately 10 headshots per shoot to choose from.









Good to know:
FYI: sometimes it is also possible to include a group shot of everyone depending on numbers and timescale.
If shoots over run I can give you the option to add on another hour and will send an invoice after the event.

If for any reason I could not make the event a full refund would be issued, but first every endeavour would be made to find an alternative photographer of similar professional calibre to take my place for you to approve.
If your event needed to be rescheduled, I would require 4 weeks notice but every effort would be made to accommodate you.
