First birthday and cake smash shoots are a speciality of mine. I photographed this little cutie when she was a newborn and now look she’s ONE! She had a few nice first birthday photos in her pretty dress to kick off the shoot before we disrobed and got her into her frilly nappy and showed her the cake! She wasn’t at all shy and in fact I think she ate half the cake – yum yum yum. Here’s just a couple of sneaky peak photos of this really fun shoot. Purchase either a First Birthday Shoot (or any age) and/or a Cake Smash separately or together.
My most challenging shoots are always this age combination! This was a lovely little at home shoot with the parents with the emphasis mostly on the family group portrait. they went for the Silver Portrait Shoot which is a 30 minute shoot with hand held camera, and flash if required. We had fun – except for when the baby pulled his sister’s hair!
What a remarkable couple these two were to brave the snow for their wedding. It was freezing cold, and beautiful and certainly challenging. The motorised wheelchair could not cope with any snow, and the groom’s lungs couldn’t stand the cold – however we managed it with everyone’s help and support! Thank you Dunstable for cleaning the paths so we could at least stand on them!
I am chuffed to say I will shortly be added to the beautiful Notley Tythe Barn’s website as one of their recommended wedding photographers. Have been itching to shoot here again after the gorgeous Juliet & Andy’s wedding (one of my top faves!) and now hopefully I will get more bookings for this wonderful place. These recommendations act as a huge confidence boost for potential newly engaged couples looking to book their wedding photographer. So if you know anyone getting married here (or anywhere else for that matter) please do tell them about me.
